Private Reference Service
Gooding County Busted Mugshots is privately operated. It is not the Gooding County Sheriff’s Office, Gooding County Jail, a city police department, Idaho Department of Correction, a court, or any other government office. It hosts no official roster, arrest record, booking photo, or court file. Links such as the Sheriff page, county request route, and iCourt lead to sources controlled by others.
The information is general reference material, not legal advice or a promise that a person is in custody. A booking charge is an accusation, and a court disposition is needed to describe the case outcome.

Outside Links and Tools
Pages may link to the Gooding Sheriff, jail contacts, city forms, Idaho iCourt, IDOC, BOP, ICE, news outlets, or third-party search tools. An outbound link is not an endorsement. Gooding County Busted Mugshots does not control the destination’s content, accuracy, availability, pricing, data handling, or terms. Read the destination’s rules before submitting information.
No Warranties
All material is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made about accuracy, completeness, currency, uninterrupted operation, error-free code, security, or the thoroughness of partner results. Jail status, court data, public records, and outside links can change without notice. Nothing here is an official statement from the Gooding County Sheriff or another government agency.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gooding County Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the pages or an outside service. The user agrees to defend and hold the service and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from the user’s conduct, submitted material, violation of these Terms, or misuse of a record.
Ownership of Materials
Text, layout, graphics, logos, and code belong to Gooding County Busted Mugshots or their respective content partners. No permission is granted to copy, distribute, modify, frame, or make a commercial derivative without written permission, except for ordinary personal reference and lawful quotation.
Changes and Access Limits
These Terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted. Access to all or part of the service may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. A change to a page does not change the records held by Gooding County, Idaho courts, or IDOC.
Idaho Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by Idaho law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should be filed in a court located in Idaho unless applicable law requires another forum. If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the affected language is adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable. Idaho public-record requests remain subject to the applicable provisions of Idaho Code §§ 74-102 and 74-103.
Questions
Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Contacts page. Questions about custody, a booking record, a photo, a court case, or an IDOC profile should go to the originating office, not this private service.
